Anyone who needs us. We are here for people who are curious about MMA but don’t feel ready to walk into a gym yet, who have tried and felt out of place, or who just want to feel supported in their combat sports journey.
You don’t need to be athletic, aggressive, or experienced. You just need to be willing to learn.

No. The Base Camp is built specifically for beginners. Nothing is assumed. We start with foundational movement, basic concepts, and the context most gyms don’t explain out loud.
For all of our videos and articles, we have labels to help determine which content will be the most beneficial for you at your current experience level.

That’s completely fine. You don’t need to want to compete in order to train MMA or any other combat sport. We’re here to help you accumulate skill, build confidence, and develop body awareness - not just to become fighter.

No. We are here to help anyone who feels underserved, underrepresented, or unsure of where to start. Many of the examples and discussions reflect the experiences of women and non-traditional students, but the material applies broadly.
